As a key member of an analytics & reporting team you will work with stakeholders across the organisation to gain insights and make recommendations to drive improvements in productivity and customer experience.What you will be doing:To lead on data analysis and reporting within Client Support by using relevant quantitative methods and present findings.To work with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.Uses predictive modelling, statistics, trend analysis and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore and identify data to be analyzed from internal and external sourcesAssists business analysts with finding patterns and relationships in data.Shares knowledge with other members of analytics team.Evaluates and improves internal tools and processes.Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:Possesses strong presentation skillsRequires experience in relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques and system testingProficient in working with large-scale business data sets including skills in SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel skills.
