The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background with experience in debt recovery processes. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.What you can expect:Salary: Up to £28,000PensionHybrid workingCPD Training and Development ProgrammeHealth InsuranceOn site company parkingRole Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end debt recovery process, including negotiating settlements, drafting legal documents, and initiating legal action when necessary.Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.Communicate with clients, debtors, and legal representatives to resolve disputes and facilitate the recovery process.Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting debt collection practices.Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders as required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for maximizing recoveries while minimizing legal risk.Qualifications and Skills:Strong understanding of debt recovery processes, including legal requirements and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build positive relationships.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software applications.If you are interested in this role please contact get in touch on 01706 712 388 or email at ben@rsnwltd.com
