Job description: PHD Global are looking for a talented search and social expert to be a key strategic partner for a company undergoing significant digital transformation. The Senior Manager, Search & Social will work together with Sanofi’s Global Digital Centre of Excellence team to help translate their vision for search & social into desired outcomes and work on implementing this vision locally. You will be responsible for developing the global search & social strategy, creating, and driving forward an ambitious roadmap with the support of the Global Digital Lead. This is a unique role designed to build a market leading search & social capability that will be adaptable to fit with all markets, no matter the level of maturity and in-housed capability. This opportunity would see you advising central clients and local markets alike on all shifts in the search & social space, and how to stay ahead of these through the creation of education materials, market governance and ultimately driving a Gold Star standard across all search & social advertising for this client. Reporting into the Global Digital Lead, you will work alongside a programmatic Senior Manager to provide strategic guidance on the role of search & social for the brand’s communication approach. You will have sharpened your skills in implementing successful search & social campaigns in an agency or similar and have excellent client management and communication skills.
