Job description: Slater and Gordon are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join our Administration Department based in our Liverpool office, Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven admin experience to join a leading Law firm.Responsibilities to include:

  • Screening callback requests to ensure these are routed through to the correct team
  • Setting up new cases on Data entry system
  • Independently prepare letters, attendances, and internal memoranda as appropriate and provide effective support, guidance and delegation to colleagues.
  • Cross checking multiple systems to ensure accurate redirection of emails
  • Effectively work email queues in line with internal SLAs
  • Adopting a flexible approach to assist with any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested

About You:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office for processing queries
  • Proven experience in an administration environment
  • Professional approach
  • Good organisational skills, strong prioritisation skills and adaptability
  • Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
