Job description: A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to execute on and offline acquisition & retention campaigns for a key business unit.Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with your stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, and devise comprehensive marketing strategies for both brands to help drive their organic growth
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns for each, utilising a variety of channels, with the key objective of lead generation
  • Manage a number of ongoing association, introducer and influencer partnerships, and seek out further suitable partnership opportunities
  • Work closely with external digital agency to monitor and manage PPC campaigns
  • Work closely with external SEO consultancy and internal Web Marketing team to continuously develop SEO strategy
  • With an analytical mindset, gather data insights and report them to the management team on a regular basis in a clear, concise and consistent way
  • Manage your brands’ marketing budgets and demonstrate clear ROI against activity
  • Identify and implement new marketing trends, techniques and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Marketing experience within the financial services / insurance sector would be highly advantageous
  • Experience implementing and managing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong digital marketing capability, including paid social & display as well as SEO and PPC
  • Experience in building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, content creation, email marketing, print and digital advertising, social media, influencer/introducer partnerships, and events
  • Proficient with analytical tools and measurement of ROI
  • Experience of owning and leading marketing projects from scratch

£35-45,000 + Benefits –

Expected salary: £35000 – 45000 per year
