We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible services to our clients, providing their IT support desk, system changes, projects, Cloud services, cybersecurity, and consultancy.Brief job description:Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst Apprentice with Maple Technology, an IT Service Provider, based in Moorgate, London.Job Description:We are looking for somebody to join the support team and progress through their apprenticeship into being a fully self-starting IT service desk technician. Qualities we value are professionalism, interpersonal skills, excellent spoken and written communication skills, attention to detail, a drive to succeed, and most of all a genuine passion for IT and working in IT.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Responding to telephone and email requests from clients.
• Completing remote system fixes and changes.
• Administering Microsoft Cloud Services.
• Completing proactive system checks and maintenance.
• 1stline support – take and action support calls/emails using the helpdesk.
• Coordinating with reporter/end-user, the wider IT Service Desk team, IT Engineering and third-party entities if required.
• Developing core troubleshooting skills across a range of technology.

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Technical & Personal Skills Required:

• Willingness to learn.
• Commitment to the completion of the apprentice program.
• Desire to learn.
• The ability to use your own initiative, be curious and to work unsupervised as required.

• Use infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure components.
• Prioritise systems support tasks and monitor and maintaining system performance.
• Maintain regulatory, legal and professional standards.
• Support the information systems needs for your business.
