Job description: Cyber Security Lead – Bristol – Hybrid working – £75,000 – £90,000 paCyber Security / Lead / SIEM / CISM / CISSP / CISA / AWS / AzureWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Cyber Security Lead to work for a superb company in Bristol. Our client is looking for a Cyber Security Lead who will be responsible for defining the overarching security posture for the company, as well as ensuring that all applications and services are secured and implemented following best practices.Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop and maintain the Cyber Security strategy
  • Define, develop and maintain an appropriate information assurance framework to support delivery of the strategy
  • Provide leadership and insights into security threats
  • Lead any investigations into Cyber security breaches or suspected breaches
  • Provide regular reporting to Senior stakeholders on security progress and issues

Experience required:

  • CISM, CISSP, CISA or similar professional qualification
  • Strong understanding of best practice in relation to Cyber Security
  • Strorng knowledge of security tooling and technologies including SIEM, vulnerability management, DLP etc
  • Experience of working in environments using ISO27001 or Cyber Essentials Plus
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS and Azure
  • Good understanding of the current threat landscape
  • Excellent communication skills

Expected salary: £75000 – 90000 per year
