We are a proud member of the Intact family, we feel part of something bigger, with a presence in North America, the UK and Europe.We are currently recruiting for a Cyber Awareness Security Consultant to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.Role RequirementsYour Role:As our Cyber Awareness Security Consultant you will be responsible for developing and delivering the Cyber Resilience Culture & Awareness strategy within RSA, to drive the right security behaviours. This will require understanding the current industry wide approaches for cyber awareness for incorporation into RSA.You will have responsibility for our existing awareness platform and coordinating the delivery of any testing or awareness campaigns on the platform. You will also be responsible for any future cyber awareness tooling implemented as part of the strategy.As well as this you will be responsible for the mandatory annual cyber training modules ensuring that they are reviewed annually and completed by all relevant staff. You will also be responsible for all Cyber awareness events (including roadshows) and drafting of any communications required. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering critical communications necessary during major Cyber security incidents.The IndividualAbout You:To be successful in this role you will need to have good understanding of Cyber Resilience concepts, as well as good understanding of Cyber Awareness market and current best practice approaches and tooling.As well as this you will have good stakeholder management skills and be a clear and creative communicator,including using different channels / techniques.You will also have the ability to think strategically and deliver operationally. As well as the ability to influence all RSA employees to improve their cyber behaviours.
