Job description: Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst (Infrastructure Project)Duration: 6 MonthsStart: ASAPLocation: Manchester & remote (must be able to attend the client site two days per week)Rate: £633 per dayIR35 Status: InsideWe require a Business Analyst with previous experience of delivering an infrastructure project for our higher education client.You will be working on a large transformation programme which is a 4 years programme where the aim is to provide the business with stable and highly available IT services that enable their current and future needs.For this role you will be working on the infrastructure part of the programme.Duties include:
- Requirements
- Process modelling using BPMN 2.0
- Conducting workshops
IT operations managementEssential skills & experience required:The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in higher education
- Experience of writing requirements
- Workshop facilitation
- Gap analysis
- Experience of delivering an infrastructure project
- Experience of ServiceNow
- Experience of mapping IT operating processes
- Knowledge of Zabbix is desirable
