Job description: Purpose of the job:The Business Analyst role would be a key role in terms of working closely with the Global Cash Management Operations stakeholders to drive Cashflow Remediation program that includes new feed automations, site rollouts, & amendments to existing business processes. This would involve coordination with various Business & Operations stakeholders in Cash Management & Markets Treasury, IT Management, and PODs to deliver transformation & maintenance projects.The role requires highly skilled business analyst with hands on experience working in a similar role & an in-depth understanding of Cash & Liquidity Management business processes & operations.Having been part of at least one successful deployment of Smartstream Real Time Cash Management solution ver 2.9 or higher would be an added advantage.Responsible for:The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and documenting requirements.
- Converting business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyzing the enterprise specifics & current technology environment.
- Setting the collaboration framework to work with new connections/environments.
- Controlling solution development
- Supporting project management through DevOps/Agile practices
- Responsible for the whole lifecycle including Development, Integration with Upstream/Downstream, Testing and Deployment
- Review/sign-off test cases, peer review test cases/artefacts, test execution.
- Define low level Business cases.
- Demonstrate and secure approval on BRD from project stakeholders.
- Support to the development team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a global team.
Essential skills needed:
- Experience of post trade payment & settlement business processes, & liquidity management
- Extensive knowledge of the relevant Swift messaging technology (both MT & MX formats) involved in payments & settlement processes, and the corresponding internal and swift gateway systems.
- Understand source data from both internal & external (Swift) sources & perform data mapping exercise for building the relevant interfaces.
- Good understand the underlying technologies & software architecture involved & explain the data flow to fellow team members in the POD as part of overall solution development.
- Past experience having handled real time message processing.
- Having experience with successful deployment of Smartstream Real Time Cash Management solution v2.5 or higher would be an added advantage.

- Should be familiar with the Investment Banking concepts.
