Job description: We are looking for a Service Manager to join the SOYL team, based at Hermitage, Berkshire, on a permanent, full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days on site and 2 days from home.
You will take ownership of our digital data delivery process to customers and manage day-to-day operations. You will drive the teams’ growth and development and help implement change. This role will require exceptional customer service levels alongside strong leadership, motivation and support to the teams.

- Knowledge of the agricultural industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Your Role Will Involve
As a Service Manager your role will involve:
- Managing and developing team leaders
- Understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service
- Driving forward system, service and business improvements
- Delivering our digital products within agreed SLAs
- Supplying weekly and monthly updates, reports and statistics as required to the National Operations Manager
- Identifying and communicating requirements and issues to the National Operations Manager
- Proactively taking ownership of process flow challenges and development requirements through to resolution
- Ensuring workflow requirements and year-end reports to Accounts are correct, timely and complete
- Proactively liaising with senior management and commercial teams
- Acting as a point of escalation for stakeholders
