They specialise in transforming raw data into actionable insights, and are seeking a talented BI Analyst to contribute to the success.Role Description:As a BI Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in extracting meaningful information from complex datasets. Your expertise in Tableau ideally you’ll have a Tableau public file, SQL, and data visualization will drive our business strategies forward. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visualizations, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Leverage your SQL skills to extract, clean, and transform data.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Translate complex data into visually appealing insights for stakeholders.
Business Insights:
- Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data.
- Present findings to senior management and drive data-driven decision-making.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations.
- Continuously improve existing reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Tableau expertise in creating interactive visualizations.
- Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Compensation:
- Salary: £55,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure
