Job description: We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives with a Reach License to join our client’s team in Swindon. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks including picking and packing, general warehouse duties in chilled and ambient areas, and operating Forklift Trucks to efficiently manage and organize the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods in a productive and timely manner.
• Pick and pack orders using pick sheets, ensuring accurate labelling and documentation.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations. * Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Forklift Truck License is essential.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative in a team environment.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work in chilled and ambient areas.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday, times ranging between 06:00 – 19:00 (Multiple shifts in this timeframe)

Pay

• £11.54 per hour
