Job description: Direct Table Foods is one of the UK’s leading bacon, gammon and sausage processors. Based in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, we have a rich heritage stretching back more than 50 years and a strong vision for the future.Direct Table Foods’ master data team is expanding, and we are now searching for a part-time Master Data Support following a series of internal moves.The role’s remit includes data input, error checking, maintenance of daily production worksheets and product costings analysis. You will work directly for the Reporting Analyst, contributing to the delivery of key operational and business performance indicators.Who are we searching for?We’re looking for a strong and confident communicator who will be comfortable liaising daily with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also be an intermediate/advanced level user of MS Excel (Formulas/V Lookups and Pivot tables).Key responsibilities will include:Helping to maintain the local site master data resource to ensure accurate master data in the ERP system (Sage X3, SFDC) and a database with all DT costing in one placeAssisting with the smooth running of the ERP systems (Sage X3, SFDC)Continuously look to improve business performance through cost saving/business improvement projectsImplementing and maintaining work instructions for use of ERP systemsAnalysing and reporting on variances against standardsSkills and experience required:A level or equivalent desiredExperience of ERP systems, master data and standards costing desiredExperience of costing process would be an advantageExcellent analytical and organisation skillsExceptional attention to detail is vitalWhat we can offer you:Salary £13,58028 days holiday including bank holidaysHours Monday to Friday 7am till 11am (20 hours)Mentoring from the teamAccess to Grocery Aid providing emotional, practical and financial supportBenefits and recognition hub – including amazing colleague discounts
