Job description: I have partnered with a dynamic and rapidly end user headquartered in Manchester. They they are leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) across thier platforms.Role Overview: As a Technical Analyst specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or CRM, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, implementation, and support of complex technical solutions. Working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications, cleanse data and provide ongoing support and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within D365 F&O or CRM.
  • Understand and implement customisation’s, extensions, and integration’s using D365 platform tools and technologies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and best practices.
  • Perform system configuration, data migration, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O and CRM developments, tools, and technologies, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or CRM.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong Excel Skills including formulas and pivot tables (must have)
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or CRM (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-200) would be advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Salary up to £65,000
