Job description: Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 CAMHS Practitioner to take on a new locum opportunity based in Romford.Location: RomfordContract Type: Locum, 3-month contractPay Rate: £28.87 – £30.87 per hour (assignment rate)Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 09:00 am – 17:00 pmDuties:
- Undertake clinician of the day roles triage new assessments of new referrals received into the Eating disorders Service
- Assess CYP with suspected eating disorders
- Hold a caseload of patients for weekly therapy sessions and support psychoeducation/weight restoration working with families and CYP
Requirements of the CAMHS Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Valid NMC Registration
- Band 7, CAMHS and Clinical experience
- Knowledge of SystmOne
- Ideally experience in eating disorders
