Are you dynamic, enthusiastic and wanting to make a difference?A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an efficient, organised and experienced Care Coordinator at our New Oscott Retirement Village. .This is a permanent position and you will receive a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.Hours: 37.5 hours per weekHourly rate: £13.69As an experienced Care Coordinator, you will:
- Provide full administration support to enable the Care Manager and Care Supervisors to deliver a high-quality care service to our residents
- Ensure all personnel and electronic files are up to date
- Support the Recruitment Co ordinator in the recruitment process/recruitment cycle for all care staff
- Maintain a matrix of one to one supervision, development and Interim Reviews
- Support with the checking of identification including Work Permit / Visa / Home Office documents where applicable
- Monitor absence and ensure all back to work paperwork is completed
- Ensuring suitable care staff with the correct skills are matched to residents’ needs
- Managing rotas. – Carrying out risk assessments and care plans and keeping these updated
Our ideal Care Coordinator must have:
- Previous experience in a domiciliary care environment or similar role
- An excellent understanding of the industry, regulations and CQC.
- Understand residents needs so we can provide the highest levels of service
- Excellent adminisratiion, I.T. skills and proficiency in working with an electronic resource planning and recording system (CM2000 or similar)
