We work for airports, air navigation service providers, industry and governments improving the efficiency and safety of operations and conducting policy and strategy analysis. We have opportunities within our other regions including Europe and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region with the role being based in either the UK, France or the APAC region.

Job description

To meet growing demand for our services, we are looking for individuals with a keen interest in working within aviation to improve the safety of the industry. We currently have some exciting projects which will provide you with an opportunity learn about the different safety techniques including Hazard Identification, risk assessment techniques and requirements management. Whilst you will be interested in safety projects, you will also be keen to work on a range of consultancy projects and other activities within our rapidly growing aviation and UK businesses.

You might be studying for a degree in space, aviation, engineering or another science related numerate subject. You will appreciate that safety is an absolute priority in the aviation industry and be keen to contribute to maintaining and improving safety performance across both existing and advanced forms of air mobility. You will be interested in technical work but also keen to work on wider consultancy projects and other activities within aviation.

The consultancy environment can be very fast-paced with opportunities emerging at very short notice that will require a flexible, agile approach to delivering excellence in consultancy services and meeting or exceeding client requirements. Profile

Candidates must be expecting a 2:1 or above in a numerate subject, preferably within an engineering, science, or aviation related subject.

Most importantly you must thrive on problem solving and the application of your excellent critical thinking skills. Your written and verbal presentation skills must be of a high standard, and you must enjoy the prospect of client engagement whether in workshops, training sessions, one-to-one meetings or simply networking over coffee.

We crunch a lot of data, write a lot of reports, share our learning and knowledge with each other in small project teams, and get to know our clients well.
