The school offers a specialist range of industry-aligned undergraduate and postgraduate courses focused on preparing musicians, producers, performers, creative artists and entrepreneurs for a successful and rewarding career in the music and wider industries.

It couldn’t be a more exciting time to join ICMP. We have recently secured our own Degree Awarding Powers and opened a brand-new state-of-the-art campus in Queen’s Park. We have also expanded our business provision of UG and PG programmes in the ICMP School of Music Business. Professionally accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), we are proud of our consistently high student satisfaction (97.8% NSS for BA (Hons) Music Business and Entrepreneurship programme).

ICMP is seeking to build a team of hourly paid lecturers with expertise in Marketing and Branding, Business and Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Candidates will have excellent technical knowledge and an ability to motivate and engage students across all undergraduate levels. A degree in a relevant discipline and professional experience is expected. Teaching and/or postgraduate qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Successful candidates will be expected to teach across a range of undergraduate modules:

  • Principles of Entrepreneurship and Marketing
  • Business Strategy
  • Brand Development and Management
  • Consumer Behaviour
  • Campaign Planning
  • Digital Advertising
  • Music Business Management
  • Music Entrepreneurship
