Ness is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UIPath Seasoned SME and Architect to join our dynamic team. As a UIPath expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Test Automation (Test Suite) initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, including pre-sales support, proof-of-concept (POC) development, capability building, and solution creation using UIPath RPA and Test Suite capabilities. The primary focus as part of 2024 initiatives will be UIPath Test Suite capability.
The role will focus on acquiring net new clients and achieving overall business goals of profitable year-on-year growth. The successful candidate will have a broad range of skills necessary to work with our sales and clients, our executives, and partners to generate new sales leads.
The Preferred areas of expertise include, but are not limited to:
· Test Automation using UIPath Test Suite
· RPA
· Discovery
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in automation, process improvement, and engineering maturity improvements, with a deep understanding of engineering principles and selling transformation deals.

Requirements:
· 15+ years sales experience with a proven success in bringing new logoâs for Intelligent Engineering practice offerings in Enterprise accounts. Additional strong track record of consistently growing existing customer revenue through radiation and proven ability to bring in large strategic deals.
· Track record in selling high value complex UIPath services in excess of $5m TCV
· Successful track record of working with Alliance partners to drive deals, including but not limited to UIPath etc.
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic solutions
· Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
· Entrepreneurial, Solutions centric and a consultative solution approach.
· Hands on In-depth knowledge of UIPath RPA and Test Suite capabilities
· Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify automation opportunities
