- Interact directly with customers to provide information about the non-profit.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues on the spot.
- Promote the organization’s goals and gather public support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK is a must (no visa sponsorship available).
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not necessary.
- Must not have applied to any T-9 openings in the past 30 days.
