Operating a portfolio of eight high quality care homes located throughout the UK, this leading organisation is looking to expand and is currently recruiting a ‘Marketing Assistant’ who is highly motivated and detail-oriented with a focus on digital transformation to support the Marketing Director on the delivering and implementing digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to drive the organisation’s digital initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and execute effective advertising campaigns. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends. The successful candidate will also bring recruitment experience, contributing to their talent acquisition efforts through innovative marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate must have a proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on digital transformation and brand awareness and be familiar with advertising principals and campaign management.

Also strong communication skills, both written and verbal is required.

Must be proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organisation goals.

Identify opportunities for digital transformation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Advertising:

Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns across various channels.

Work with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery of advertising initiatives.

Content Creation:

  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, providing actionable insights for optimisation.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of the digital campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimisation.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Marketing Director to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and synergy in marketing efforts.
