Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Culture and Leadership Programme (CLP) team to provide administrative support to the Trust’s most significant culture and leadership change programme. This role is excellent for a person interested in culture change, wanting to grow their career, and thrive in fast-paced environments while still maintaining quality.Main duties of the jobWe seek a motivated Administrator to work as part of our team, to provide comprehensive administration while collaborating with colleagues, service users, and internal and external stakeholders. This post is unique since it will be split across two key projects; day-to-day administrative support to the culture and leadership programme (CLP) and administrative and coordination support for the soon to be developed Trust staff council.About usWe are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with fivehospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 800,000 people.   • Proficient in using Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and other applications.
  • Confident with designing slide packs and PowerPoint Presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Desirable

  • Use graphic design packages confidently
  • Workshop design and facilitation skills
  • Diary management
