As an adept Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Engage in new business initiatives, researching, mapping, and targeting prospect accounts
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Monitor, review, and report on sales activities
  • Liaise with prospects and customers across a large territory
  • Target C-level contacts
  • Manage varied sales cycles and fluctuating order values
  • Retain all won accounts
  • Ensure timely delivery of new projects and coordinate all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues
  • Enjoy flexible working across both home and office-based environments

The ideal Sales Candidate will exhibit the following skills, experience, and traits:

  • Degree level education
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in selling technology solutions or products
  • Prior knowledge of accounting principles (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with mid-market accounting and business solutions (desirable)
  • Results-driven with the ability to sell and project a positive and professional attitude
  • Effective communication with internal and external clients through all available mediums
  • Proven sales success
  • C-suite relationship building
  • Ability to negotiate contractual terms to close sales
  • Self-starter, commercially minded, and ambitious to learn
  • Clean driving license with the freedom to travel (as required)
