- 4-year Master’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent as recognised by the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacist
- Completion of Foundation Stage 1 of the Postgraduate Diploma in General Practice Pharmacy (or equivalent)
Desirable
- Postgraduate Diploma in General Practice Pharmacy i.e. completion of both Foundation Stage 1 and 2 (or equivalent)
- Training and accreditation as a Practice Supervisor and Educational Supervisor

- Demonstrates ‘usually’ or ‘consistently’ levels of competence for the majority of General/Foundation Level Framework
