Exchange of verbal and written information with a range of individuals/groups/departments which may include patients, staff or carers relating to enquires about appointments, admissions and meetings.About usWe are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with fivehospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 800,000 people.
