Job description: We are looking for an individual who is an experienced Receptionist or has staff management experience, to take on this new role in our busy Emergency Floor (ED/AMU/SDEC/UTC) based at The William Harvey Hospital. The successful applicant will work alongside the Administration manager and to lead the team of Admin and Clerical staff. A sound knowledge in the use of hospital-based IT systems is required for the roleMain duties of the jobThe post holder will require excellent communication and organisational skills, also a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative role in a busy department. The candidate will need to use their own initiative and be able to work unsupervised independently. Also, the ability to manage a varied workload. - Experience working within the UEAM as a receptionist/Ward Clerk
