Job description: We are looking for a Quality & Technical Operative for a food proudction facility based in Portsmouth. This is a full time, permanent position with immediate availability.

The role
You will be working alongside the technical manager, monitoring food safety, quality and hygiene issues, as well as raising them to the quality and technical manager. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the quality management systems and carrying out internal audits.

Shifts
The working week will run from Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday off).
Tuesday – Friday 5am – 2pm & Saturday 5am – 11am.

Requirements
– Audit Experience (BRC Level)
– HACCP knowledge
– Food safety level 2 (ideal)
– Strong willed and level headed
– Excellent time management
– Good attention to detail
