Radiology Admin Team Leader | Spire Parkway Competitive Salary plus excellent benefits | Solihull | 37.5 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervising, supporting and coaching the Radiology Administration Teams to deliver an exceptional service for patients.
• Organising the day-to-day work allocation of the team and re-allocate work where required
• Utilising key systems including RIS and PACS
• Liaising with the Radiology Manager to ensure departmental performance targets are met

Who we’re looking for

• A proven track record as an experienced and motivational Team Leader in a busy, fast-paced administration team with a high volume of queries
• Proven experience of managing a team with six or more individuals.
• Proven ability to problem solve and make pragmatic decisions.
• Able to comply with the principles of GDPR and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Working Hours: 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent
