Job description: We are looking for Food Production Operatives:

  • The basic pay rate is £10.52 per hour
  • Overtime pay rate £13.99 per hour
  • Location: Nottingham, NG7 2NN
  • Immediate start
  • No experience needed
  • Shift: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am
  • Temp to perm

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Food Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in Nottingham.

The role:

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as follows:

  • Packing of customer products as per required specifications on a production line
  • Basic Quality checks of product
  • General production duties
  • Some lifting of product
  • Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to.
  • To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
  • This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor.

About you:

As a Food Production Operative, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Start immediately and are looking for long-term work.
  • No previous experience is needed.
  • Must be able to communicate and speak Basic English.
  • You will be able to travel to Nottingham.
