Job description: Have you worked in the food industry for many years? Are you a production supervisor looking to step up into an area manager role? Are you driven to make a difference and like leading a team? with a minimum 2 years management experience in food/beverage production, FMCG or pharmaceutical.
About the role:
You will:
- Run department to maximize operational efficiency and productivity
- Food preparation work, to provide production lines with ingredients as required
- Have morning preparation organized and ready for the day’s volume
- Making sure all ingredients are dated and rotated by use by date
- Follow specific recipe mixtures and measures to make the successful, recognisable products
- Accurate weighing of ingredients
- Responsible for achieving performance KPI’s such as efficiency and waste management and be results driven
Due to location/ shift work you would need to have your own transport.
