Job description: Berkeley Scott is partnered with a Luxury 4-star Hotel to help them find an Food and Beverage Manager. You will be responsible to overlook the running of all F&B operations and reporting into the General Manager. The hotel has ambitious owners who want keep developing the hotel.

What we ask of you:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Food and Beverage Manager
  • Proven experience in a 4-star background
  • Good understanding of food and beverage
  • Luxury Hotel experience is desirable
