Your Responsibilities

  • Leading the design of best- in- class digital strategies and translating these into effective awareness and performance campaign activations across the digital mix for human (Bio- Kult) and animal (Protexin) in our Tier 1 markets: UK, US + our tier 2 expansion markets
  • Understanding key brand and business objectives and delivering against these. You will have end- to end responsibility for always on digital plan activations and need to continuously optimise and drive efficiencies.
  • You will work closely with the digital shelf manager to ensure that retailer paid search is optimised where managed outside of JBP’s (criteo, citrus)
  • Owning and managing the relationships with high- level stakeholders across marketing, commercial and agency teams to ensure alignment to and seamless implementation of Digital media strategies across touchpoints.
  • Working hand- in- hand with the Category & Insights Lead to align Digital plans and ensuring synergies between on and offline activations as well as ensuring key media data in inputted back into annual brand planning & account planning processes
  • Supporting CD&D and Marketing to remain ahead of the competition, connecting externally to stay in-touch with the latest trends.
  • Managing KPI’s and insights and presenting main outputs to internal stakeholders
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Commercial, Insights) and partners to deliver a consumer- centric data strategy

Your Profile

  • Minimum 6 years of media experience within an agency environment or B2C/ D2C client side
  • FMCG/CPG experience with a focus on digital and retail media
  • Understanding of digital transformation
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • In depth knowledge of paid, earned & owned media on & offsite
  • A proven track record of developing and executing strong media plans with D2C success
  • Strong demonstration of working cross functionally to get best results
  • Experience of working with DSP’s, Amazon Advertising & retail media platforms
  • Ability to manage, influence & hold agencies to account
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
