Salary: Grade 4, SCP 4

FTE: £23,114 Actual Salary Pro-Rata: £12,714

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 21 per week, (working Thursday, Friday + one other weekday). Term time + 6 weeks

The Governors and Head of School at Comberbach Nursery and Primary School wish to appoint a dedicated Finance / Admin Assistant to join our team. This position will be for 21 hours per week and is term time plus 6 weeks.

We are looking for a friendly, caring and motivated person with plenty of energy who can join our hardworking team in supporting admin and finance processes across our school.

The successful candidate should:

  • Be experienced in working in a finance role, ideally in a school environment.
  • Have excellent administration and ICT skills
  • Be professional with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Be confident in dealing face to face enquiries from people
  • Be competent at multi-tasking and prioritising
  • Have a friendly and welcoming manner
