JOB TITLE: Legal Secretary (Property Litigation)
LOCATION: St Albans, Hertfordshire
SALARY: c£25,000 + Benefits

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a long-standing regional law firm, based in Hertfordshire, supporting with the growth of the Property Litigation team.

Overview:

An excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working as a Legal Secretary with specialist experience supporting the leading litigation team. Ideally the successful candidate will have property litigation experience however candidates with expertise in general/civil litigation experience will also be considered. The candidate will be looking to join a firm that prides itself on providing rewarding career opportunities and holds employee welfare that the core of their business strategy.

In this role as a Legal Secretary, your key duties will include:

  • Provide one to one support to a solicitor
  • Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face
  • Case management & diary management
  • Managing files and tight deadlines
  • Handling dictation
  • Assisting with general administrative duties
  • Knowledge of property litigation, general commercial litigation or civil litigation would be ideal.
