Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Administration, who will be responsible for raising all orders for Managed Inventory accounts and checks orders once processed through the in-house system.
We offer a full-time permanent contract, working hours will be Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility.
What you’ll be doing
You will raise any queries to prevent errors for customer and logs all detail, such as:
- Place MIS orders for all UK and ROI customers
- Create order files to be sent to customers and Forwards operatives via email
- Check orders via reports and systems
- Amend orders where applicable
- Assist with customer queries (Email & Telephone)
- Backorder management
- Monitor and organise team shared inbox
- Assist operatives with order queries, product relocation, expiry checks etc
- Admin logging tasks such as; Issues, mileage, order volumes, expiries etc
- Printing logs, rotas, sheets and stickers required for operatives and office
- Liase with various internal departments such as transport, customer services, warehouse and operations
- Assisting supervisor with vehicle fleet management
- Assisting supervisor with ad hoc tasks
- Support holiday/absence cover for supervisor
What you’ll bring
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package
- Education background to GCSE Level
- Full Clean driving license
- Able to work within vulnerable adult and children environment after background check
- Proven organizational skills
- Experience in a Warehouse / Inventory background
- Confident to deal with customer issues under instruction
