We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join and lead the team at this Oxfordshire based hotel.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including staff supervision, the guest experience, food and beverage

You will be expected to work closely with the hotel’s management team to ensure the hotel meets its standards of service, quality, and cleanliness through effective leadership, attention to detail and a personable and engaging management style.

You must have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in the hotel sector as Food and Beverage. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service.
