Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.
With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your Role
The Volunteer Media Manager is responsible for planning and delivering all of Pride in London’s advertising media. This includes developing and executing media strategies, building, and nurturing relationships with media owners, and measuring the value and impact of Pride in London’s media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute media strategies for Pride in London campaigns across various mediums and platforms.
Build and nurture relationships with media owners, including Channel 4, ITV, Facebook, Google, and a full range of media owners and partners across out-of-home, print, radio, digital, and cinema.
Collaborate with the Head of Media Partnerships to develop and manage media partnerships.
Deliver and manage iconic media moments such as TV launches and the Piccadilly Lights takeover.
Measure the value and impact of Pride in London’s media campaigns.
What you’ll need:
Strong professional background in Media or at a Media agency, ideally at a mid level
Experience in developing and executing media strategies.
Experience in building and nurturing relationships with media owners
Experience in measuring the value and impact of media campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Although a lot of our work is completed remotely, there will be plenty of opportunities to meet with your team and others throughout the year to not only plan what’s ahead but to socialise too.
We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join the organisation so we can provide a platform for every part of London’s LGBT+ community.

Pride in London is run in majority by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBT+ communities and improve the event.
Pride in London includes people of every race and faith, whether disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, trans*, genderqueer, gender variant or non-binary as well as straight and cis allies.
