Job description: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to add to our growing team in Leytonstone (London E11),

where you will securely pick and pack our refurbished products in accordance with standard packaging procedures, as well as processing inbound product to test for functionality and Cosmetic quality. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and able to track and complete multiple tasks. We also expect you to communicate problems proactively and to think of ways to improve processes. You’ll help us Process product from start to finish, Inbound, Processing, Pick, Pack & Ship.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be working 40 hours a week working 08:30 until 16:30 with a Salary of £24,492 + Commission after probation

Job Responsibilities

  • Picks and packs products based on daily orders
  • Process product using world recognised software and tools.
  • Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Meet the daily dispatch time for orders.
  • Meet daily processing targets to meet business needs.
  • Keep stock and warehouse organised and clean.
  • Separate different types of items and materials for recycling.
  • Check in Donations and update items through Inventory Sheets.

Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 20kg.
  • Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
