Job description: Marketing Assistant – New Delhi

The purpose of the role is to help continue establishing, building, and developing a marketing presence for the Jubilee Talent Group Brands. The role initially will be to gain a thorough understanding of Prospero Integrated, the complexity of the recruitment industry, what the wider business objectives are, and how marketing can contribute to achieving those.

The role will consist of working alongside local recruitment teams to establish what their immediate short-term priorities are, as well as taking strategic direction from the Senior Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing to implement long-term marketing projects, creating multi-channel marketing campaigns that serve both purposes.

You must be able to travel to our Saket, New Delhi office to be considered for this role. We are solely looking for candidates based in the Delhi NCR region.

Responsibilities and Duties: –

Social Media

  • Content research and creation
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting back on engagement levels and follower growth

Email Marketing

  • Creating email marketing campaigns, both reactive and proactive.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics such as open rate, and click-through rate and sharing candidate insight with the wider team

Marketing Material

  • Creating and adapting Job Profile graphics
  • Creating flyers, brochures, or other supporting material

Events

  • Help with the organization and coordination of marketing and promotional events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows

Paid Advertising

  • Creating, managing, and reporting on social media Ads on Facebook and LinkedIn

Website

  • Producing new content for the website, such as blogs. Working with the wider team to improve site performance.
  • Undertaking competitor research and suggesting new ways of evolving the website in terms of design and functionality
  • Helping to manage and track leads internally

Reputation Management

  • Helping to collate new reviews
  • Responding and replying to reviews and inquiries
  • Promoting reviews externally

What success in the position look like?

  • Delivery of consistent, quality, engaging content
  • Increase in engagement levels and follower growth on social media pages
  • Increase in volume and quality of marketing material
  • Increase in candidate retention rate, via a communication strategy that incorporates email marketing and marketing automation
  • Develop a better overall consistency of branding and a clearer presence

Qualifications and experience required.

  • A Degree in Marketing or equivalent is required.

. Relevant experience of min 1 year is preferred.
