Job description: Tier 1 Main Contractor requires an experienced Construction Project Manager for their Sussex office to deliver two £3.5M local authority projects. These project are part demo, part refurb and part new build, using prefab MMC methods. There will be a Senior Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager on each project and the role of Project Manager will be oversee both projects.

Suitable candidates will ideally have experience delivering construction projects of £5M or more. They will also have a good understanding on traditional and D&B contracts and ideally some NEC contract experience. It is also very important that applicants are commercially astute and have a good understanding of commercial issues that can affect a projects performance. It goes without saying suitable candidates will have excellent man management and programming skills.
