Job description: A Pre-Construction Manager who has a strong background in interiors and fit out, is now needed by a bespoke and talented Construction contractor.

The office for the Pre-Construction Manager is in West Hampshire (just off Junction 8 M3), but Hybrid work is offered..

The Pre-Construction Manager Role

The successful Pre-Construction Manager will work with sales and design teams to produce bespoke and quality proposals to meet clients’ requirements.

This role will require you to coordinate successful estimations and programs within the retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Values of projects will be from £300K to £3.5M.

You will have the support from the Commercial Director and have the opportunity to run your own projects autonomously and support junior team members.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Pre-Construction Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Pre-Construction Manager

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pre-Construction Manager
  • Evidence of project knowledge within Office or Commercial sectors
  • CAD knowledge
  • Some experience managing junior members of staff.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments.
  • May come from an Estimator background.
  • Has dealt with Fit Out projects.
  • Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
