Scrumptious Consultancy is a Business & Social Media Consultancy based in Southampton. We would like to offer the opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice. You’ll be an integral part of our team and this position is perfect for someone with a passion for social media and marketing, a desire to learn, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact for us and our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Draft compelling and creative content for diverse platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other team members and clients to maintain brand consistency.

Social Media Management:

  • Support the management and growth of our clients’ social media presence.
  • Create, schedule, and analyse social media content to enhance engagement and performance.

Market Research:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Summarise findings, presenting actionable insights.

Campaign Support:

  • Work collaboratively on the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilise marketing analytics tools to generate regular reports.
  • Analyse data to make informed decisions, contributing to the enhancement of future engagement and strategies.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas effectively and collaborate within a team.

Personal Qualities:

A motivated and passionate individual ready to begin your career, developing your Digital Marketing skill set and talent. Team player, confident, creative and keen to learn.

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
