Job Description

Zenith UK is seeking a talented and dynamic Media Planning Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the media strategy for one of our key clients in the Luxury/Beauty sector.

Responsibilities: As a Media Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Creation: Innovate planning and inspire others within the team.
• Ideation: Develop and execute game-changing ideas.
• Client Skills: Collaborate with the Planning Director to maintain excellent client relations.
• People Management: Foster the development of direct reports to exceed KPIs.

In 6 Months: You will have been instrumental in the annual planning process, delivering a best-in-class media strategy. As the key point of contact, you will lead and run specific brands, reporting directly to the Planning Director. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development of your Planning Executive and contribute to creating a fantastic team atmosphere.

We are looking for:

• Proven client leadership with experience managing key brand relationships.
• Strong people management skills, fostering positivity and motivation.
• Ability to build effective relationships with Global teams.
• Experience delivering media strategy across traditional and digital channels.
• Financial acumen, managing queries, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Previous experience working on Luxury or Beauty brands is a plus.

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
