Job description: Key focus for this Accounting Manager will be to focus on overhead costs incurred to include creating monthly balance sheet reconciliations and being a key contact with inter-company transactions and accounting.
As Accounting Manager you will be responsible for:
- Ownership of specific Overheads accounting, both P&L and balance sheet
- Adherence to financial controls in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment.
- Involvement in preparation of month end, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Liaison with internal auditors as necessary.
- Continuous improvement of current processes.
- Managing a small team
Accounting Manager – Overheads|Hybrid Working 2/3 Days Per Week – Tamworth
The most suitable candidate for this Accounting Manager role will:
- Be A fully qualified accountant
- Have demonstrable experience of working for a complex business
- Ideally some knowledge of the FMCG sector
My client is a leading household brand in the UK that part of a US based Group.
A fixed term contract paying £65,000 plus excellent benefits
Expected salary: £60000 per year
