General Description
As a estimating admin, you will take ownership of the report submission to quote conversion. Deal with all of the customer interactions to understand their requirements. As well as driving profitable revenue for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Using data from EICR report produce remedial and small works quotations for customers as required
- Submit reports and quotes to customer
- Making and handling a level of internal and external calls within the agreed service levels
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Manage, maintain, and update systems information in CRM and Key to include any communications both internal and external pertaining to the opportunities you are working on
- To protect the commercial interests of the business by ensuring quotations are produced accurately, using the appropriate templates
- Reviewing incoming requests for remedial quotations to determine those of highest priority and action accordingly
- Assist in developing and shaping the process for remedial quotations to ensure backlogs do not occur
- Contributing to and working towards the business’ strategic growth objectives
Competencies required
- Ability to interpret content of Electrical Installation Conditioning reports
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure
- Be comfortable liaising with customers via phone and email, excellent communication and people skills
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- An excellent team player, and work under own initiative
- Excellent levels of literacy and numeracy
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure KPI’s and targets are achieved
- An understanding of the commerciality and profitability of new business
- A good working knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
- Experience of IT systems (desired)
