£34,000 – £38,000 Negotiable DOE + overtime + no weekends + bonus

Are you a vehicle technician/mechanic looking to work for a specialist workshop focused on pre-sales one-off custom build projects that are interesting and demanding?

Do you have a passion for cars and 4x4s and would like to develop your career and skillset working on some of the most exciting automotive custom projects in the region?

On offer is a position for an experienced Automotive Technician or mechanic who can share the company’s passion for automotive technology to work on a diverse and interesting range of vehicles.

Requirements:

  • You will be a time served technician with relevant and significant experience
  • Relevant formal qualification (IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent) are preferable but not essential
  • Ideal candidate will possess good knowledge and hand on experience on a variety of vehicles
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers accurately and concisely
  • Passionate about the industry and committed to the development of your technical knowledge and skills
  • Customer focused, able to keep customers experience and safety in mind throughout design and build process
  • Team Player – assist other technicians when workshop is under pressure and take ownership of any safety issues you identify in the workshop
