The Role

Are you a creative and driven marketing professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector? Do you possess the skills to deliver marketing and communication campaigns while building internal and external relationships?

We are a not-for-profit, membership-based professional association and specialist consultancy for the Life Sciences sector, looking to appoint an experienced and highly organised Marketing, Design and Communications Officer to our growing team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful marketing and communication campaigns. You will be responsible for drafting and releasing e-communications, leading income generation activities, and assisting with client account management. Your creative skills will shine as you create graphics, manage design-led projects, and update our website.

Furthermore, you will play a key role in coordinating the use of our CRM system and managing our digital marketing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working internally with other Medilink business units to promote events and services
  • Delivering on member and client marketing and e-communication campaigns
  • Creating graphics and managing design led projects
  • Drafting and releasing e-communications.
  • Developing and updating the website
  • Managing Medilink digital marketing resources
  • Leading on income generation activity for internal business units
  • Assisting with client account management and relationship development
  • Liaising with members and clients to enhance Medilink service offering
  • Coordinate use of CRM system
  • Helping to develop new and existing services

The Person

  • Relevant degree and/or3 years industry experience.
  • Copy writing ability.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft suite.
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Good working knowledge and experience of graphic design.
  • Ability to use Adobe creative suite.
  • Experience working within an organisation selling consultancy or event services.
