Job description: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Site Cleaning Operative to join our expanding Estate Services Team within Greatwell Homes.

This is a part time position working 15 hours, 2 days a week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide a multi-site cleaning service to all communal areas and walkways which will include mainly general cleaning to include but not limited to (hoovering, mopping, wiping down of surfaces), ground-based window cleaning.
• Biohazard removal and specialist cleans when required.
• Undertake a wide range of duties including but not limited to, health and safety checks, fire alarm testing. Emergency lighting tests fire safety inspections, carry out light bulb changes once completed relevant training, adjusting of door closers and reporting of other maintenance works.
• The multi-site cleaning operative will be the initial point of contact for tenants and be able to pass on queries to relevant departments or support staff.

About you:

• Experienced in residential and/or commercial cleaning
• Experience in the safe operation of commercial electrical and mechanical maintenance equipment.
• Proven track record of complying with safe systems of work in areas accessible to the general public and the use of personal protective equipment.
• Must have and maintain a valid vehicle driving licence for the UK.
