The HR Transformation opportunity
The HR Transformation team is growing. We focus on partnering with clients to shape and navigate their People agendas, building functions that are business-focused, cost-effective, and agile by reimagining how HR can meet the needs of their stakeholders. Key to delivering that is a strategic People function that can look beyond HR operations and drive value back to the business.
Our People Tech Advisory offering is one of our key growth areas within PAS, focusing on assisting our clients to navigate the Digital HR agenda, all in service of the employee experience. This includes leveraging the power of SuccessFactors to optimise the HR function to better serve the enterprise.
As a member of our People Tech Advisory team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas. Our focus is on achieving business outcomes for our clients as opposed to simply delivering a technical answer.
Being successful as a Manager
We are looking for experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll managers with experience in leading on employee-centric implementations. You will be playing a key role in helping organisations achieve business outcomes by leveraging on transformative SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Successful candidates will demonstrate;
Ability to manage the design, delivery and execute full life cycle HR technology and service delivery transformation programs for national and global projects
Creating cutting-edge solution concepts, including the introduction of new services that leverage the latest technologies and align with compliance requirements.
Lead design workshops, configuration builds, iteration playbacks, manage change requests and scope change, support testing cycles, go live and hyper care activities
In-depth understanding and hands-on working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM Payroll
Demonstrate Payroll process knowledge from a strategy, process, technology and experience standpoint
Document accurate records of design and configuration decisions
Develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps, create risk mitigation and governance plans, manage budget planning, and oversee project reporting.
Ability to consider the broader business context, processes, and implications when advising clients, going beyond immediate challenges or tasks.
Good insight of the market and purchasing trends with a demonstrated track record of building lasting client relationships and winning new business (pursuit efforts by preparing proposals and delivering presentations to potential clients).
Ability to identify and build new opportunities and client relationships
Manage project team(s), work streams and workforce optimisation interventions in a broad range of industry sectors and across geographies
Ability to help clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and appropriate rationale
Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people
You will
Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to embrace change and drive greater adoption
Be confident and effective in building client relationships at all levels, including senior leadership
Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client trust
Be able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, pragmatic, and sustainable solutions
Be skilled in facilitating engagement and workshop sessions with a variety of client stakeholders
Have 3+ years’ experience in solution design and deployment of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for UK region. Should be able to demonstrate lead role in at least two full lifecycle ECP implementations.
Holds certification in Employee Central Payroll as a minimum. Having certification in other SuccessFactors modules (like Employee Central) would be highly valuable.
Strong understanding of global Payroll processes is required with an in-depth knowledge of UK regulations and specifics impacting Payroll
